TECHNICAL CONTENT
In accordance with the expectations of the 21. century, the project was executed with high technical content.
IMPLEMENTING
The Rokolya Residence consists of two separate, 5 level buildings. 53 flats and store on the ground level were built in total.
CURIOSITIES
Due to the favourable location of the building the downtown is easily available, but the residents can still come home to a quiet and green environment. Thanks to the good attributes, the majority of tha flats were sold in the early phase of construction.
