TECHNICAL CONTENT
The development includes three basement levels, a ground floor and eight floors. The building has a useful floor area of 27,884 m2 and a gross floor area of 47,702 m2.
IMPLEMENTING
In the first phase of the project, 3E International Ltd. engineers were responsible for the technical inspection, covering all disciplines.
CURIOSITIES
In the spirit of the social and 21st century working environment and social sustainability, the activity based Next Office approach and methodology was used in the design of the building, which can significantly reduce the demand of tenant square meters appearing in traditional design.
