Our approval management service includes establishing an approval concept and schedule for projects under preparation, conducting expert analyses and studies, carrying out procedural due diligence for ongoing projects, and developing and implementing a crisis management strategy. It also covers the preparation and management of legislative processes when they are a precondition for projects (amending urban planning assets, designation as a priority for national economy and investment), preparation of greenfield projects (withdrawal of land from cultivation, land use change, forest use procedure, development of public utilities). In addition, it encompasses the preparation and full-scale management of all regulatory procedures (construction, urban landscape, environmental and nature protection, fire safety, water, technical safety, electricity, roads, airspace, mining inspectorate, property registration) required for successful development. We represent our clients in regulatory procedures, liaise with authorities, organise and administer site inspections and consultations. We manage construction documentation systems (ÉTDR, E-közmű, Cégkapu, E-Papír, OÉNY) as well as general and specialist electronic building log book interfaces. We also compile approval documentations, review them prior to submission and consult on them with authorities, designers and contractors.
