TECHNICAL CONTENT
Municipality of the 3rd district has renovated the old library building, which was empty for a long time, and executed a new library in the locally protected facility. The budget of the project reached 180 million Ft.
IMPLEMENTING
The original house was built in the 1940s and had a degraded condition. In the course of the renovation almost just the walls and some intact parts of the roof were maintained. Modern, by geo power and heat pump operated facade heating and cooling system was installed.
CURIOSITIES
The garden and the surrounding area of the building were settled, as well.
