Magnus Aircraft – plane assembly plant – 1st phase
TECHNICAL CONTENT
The building has prefabricated concrete framework, with cast-in-situ concrete foudnation, prefabrivated concrete colums, pillars and beams. The facade is sandwich panel with light structure roofing.
IMPLEMENTING
The project was constructed as a greenfield investment on a recently empty, former airport space, thanks to the innovative development and the fast growing demand. The main funcitional unit of the industrial facility is the assembly plant with 1.760 m2 net floor area. Connected to the assembly plant a representative office block with peception, front hall, offices, meeting rooms and personel rooms were executed.
CURIOSITIES
The project was characterised by a tight construction deadline. The fullfillment of it required a coordinated designer, executer, and technical supervisor cooperation. The new plant was handed over in the second half of 2018.
