Váci Greens Office Complex is situated close to the Danube, in Váci út, one of the most famous business corridors of the city. All the office buildings are classified as category “A”, with an excellent BREAM rating. The buildings include a three-storey basement car park and six levels of office space.
IMPLEMENTING
The project, with the participation of international construction companies, was delivered to the highest possible technical standards.

The highly effective co-operation between 3E International Kft. and the investor Atenor is reflected in the fact that Building C of Váci Greens was chosen the best new office development of 2015, agreed even by the greatest names of the architecture industry, while GE Global Operations and GE Healthcare, tenants of the office block, were granted the best corporate office award for their office in Váci Greens.
