BakerStreet Office
TECHNICAL CONTENT
BakerStreet was a 17,000 m², “A+” category office building in the heart of South Buda, featuring environmentally conscious solutions, high-quality materials, and outstanding architectural technology. It was the fourth project of the Belgian ATENOR in Budapest. The 8-storey office building, with a 4-storey underground garage, terraces and an internal garden, was inaugurated in 2023.
CURIOSITIES
The development aimed to receive a BREEAM Excellent green certification, but in addition to environmental awareness, accessibility also played an important role, which was guaranteed by the Access4You certification, considering all people with special needs. The BakerStreet project attached great importance to improving the quality of life of employees through spacious, contiguous spaces, large amounts of natural light, and a huge interior garden. In addition, bicycle storage, changing rooms, and ground floor services fully met the needs of the office building’s prospective tenants.
