LAKE11 Home & Park
TECHNICAL CONTENT
The LAKE11 Home & Park is a unique residential investment in the 11th district of Budapest, on an 8-hectare green belt area, in several phases, in the Atenor development. Its main objective is to make the city and nature accessible for all.
The entire project will be built on 18 blocks of approximately 900 apartments, covering an area of approximately 120,000 m2.
IMPLEMENTING
The first phase of the project, in which 3E International has been involved as technical supervisor since the start of the works, involves the construction of approximately 360 apartments on blocks III, IV, VII and VIII, covering an area of approximately 21,000 m2. Our staff provides a full range of technical inspection, technical preparation and cost expertise.
CURIOSITIES
The geothermal heat pump system will ensure that the buildings of LAKE11 are classified as energy class “AA”. According to the current legislation, the minimum share of renewable energy required for the energy class AA is 25%, compared to the minimum share of renewable energy required for the apartments of LAKE11 of cca. LAKE11 will have a renewable energy share of about 80%.
