Embassy of Hungary in Nicosia
TECHNICAL CONTENT
We have been commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade to carry out technical supervision and design review tasks related to the construction of the Embassy of Hungary in Nicosia. The Embassy office building has a floor area of 320 m2, including a covered terrace of 105 m2.
IMPLEMENTING
The new Hungarian Embassy in Nicosia will be located in the so-called Asteroid office building at 72 Limassol Avenue, Nicosia.
CURIOSITIES
The 16-storey, brand new, modern, accessible office building is centrally located on the main road to the historic city centre. The building incorporates highly cost-effective building technologies (e.g. solar panels).
