TECHNICAL CONTENT

Völgy Liget Estate was built in Hűvösvölgy, as a result of a Catalonian company’s investment project. Altogether 20 prime apartments were constructed in four separate blocks, with 2 parking spaces for each apartment in the basement car park. The project owner paid special attention to maintaining the unique atmosphere of the site, characterised by old forest trees.

IMPLEMENTING

The total net cost of the development was HUF 500 million.
