Spanyolkert Estate was constructed as the first phase of a 250-apartment development in one of the trendiest residential areas of Nyíregyháza.

CURIOSITIES
With the bright, colourful, modern exterior, the buildings mainly targeted young people, and so did the cosy, yet lively courtyard at the back of the buildings.
