TECHNICAL CONTENT

Tulipán Park logistics centre is located on a 9-hectare site, comprising of 30 000 m2 of light industrial, warehouse and office units.

IMPLEMENTING

During the implementation, fulfilling the client’s needs was our top priority. As a result, we have successfully delivered a project which enables them to fully utilise their facilities.

CURIOSITIES

The Park is operating as a logistics centre with local facility management and a 24-hour reception service.
