TECHNICAL CONTENT

Renovation of the “Heltai” marketplace and public space in Békásmegyer, Hungary (Budapest 3. district):

I. Phase: Demolition of the existing marketplace, construction of:
– the new pavement of Heltai square
– the new market hall on the west side with the connected open and roofed farmer’s market
– the parking place on the basement level.

The total gross ground level area is of 11.000 m2, with a commercial area of approx. 3700 m2.

II. Phase: Construction of the arcade shops with the separate rental buildings, including the public space and the new pavement on the east side.
