TECHNICAL CONTENT

The objective was to build a warehouse hall of 3000 m<sup>2</sup> and additional office buildings on 450 m<sup>2</sup>, as well as to convert the existing offices so that they can serve the needs of the expansion.

IMPLEMENTING

Due to the newly constructed buildings and the conversions, building new roads and performing landscape works have also been necessary. 3E International Ltd. has carried out the relevant inspection works.

Due to the specification of the goods  stored in the warehouse, it was necessary to re-classify the building and relevant smoke and fire exhaust systems have been built even in time constrain.
