Kühne&Nagel hall – Páty
TECHNICAL CONTENT
The construction was executed on behalf of NIPÜF Zrt’s subsidiary NIPÜF Páty Kft. In the course of the project a 22.000 m2 storage hall and a connecting about 1.000 m2 office were built. The industrial unit was hired by Hungary’s leading logistic provider Kühne + Nagel Kft. operating a regional car parts distribution center.
IMPLEMENTING
The facilities were evolved on an empty land as greenfield investment. According to the high customer demands and expectations the execution of new feeding systems, new reception and an area for recieving trucks were among the tasks. A tight schedule characterised the construction which requiered an efficient high level cooperation from the attending parties. The executed building stands as a warehouse complex maximally fulfilling all needs.
CURIOSITIES
Directly next to the construction site a lake is located with unique wildlife which was taken into consideration during designing. The unique facade of the building with big glass surface is highlighting the hall from the standard solutions. In the two units of the warehouse different storing solutions are applied. In one there is a normal, in the other a narrow floor storage with super smooth surface floor is going on.
