TECHNICAL CONTENT

The complex comprising of 14 buildings and more than 400 apartments is situated in a residential area of Dunaharaszti. In phase I, two buildings were completed with 80 apartments altogether, complemented with infrastructural developments. Both buildings include a basement car park and 3 levels of apartments, surrounded with landscaped green areas.

IMPLEMENTING

The first phase of the project has been completed, and the estate has already become a prominent area of Dunaharaszti.

CURIOSITIES

The estate is situated in a green area, providing comfortable homes for many families with young children.
