Tölgyes residential estate with 343 apartments
TECHNICAL CONTENT
Following the rehabilitation of a neglected site in the 11th district of Budapest, an apartment complex was built, comprising of 343 apartments in six buildings and a single underground car park unit that connects all the buildings. The site also includes a huge communal park, a playground and some shops to serve local residential needs.
IMPLEMENTING
The project, with the participation of international construction companies both in the designing and in the implementation process, was delivered to the highest possible technical standards.ra.
CURIOSITIES
The developer wanted to create a green atmosphere that is also reflected in the names of the buildings, and therefore the following names have been selected: AKÁC – ACACIA (A), CSERESZNYE – CHERRY (B), DIÓ – WHOLENUT (C), GESZTENYE – CHESTNUT (D), JEGENYE – POPLAR (D), ORGONA – LILAC (E)
