Sun Palace Estate
TECHNICAL CONTENT
The residential estate comprising of two levels of basement car park and seven levels of apartments was developed in two phases. The remaining facade structure of the former Goldberger textile factory was incorporated in the building and therefore a special, harmonious unity has been achieved between the old periodic building and the new, modern residential facility. The block includes a modern fitness centre as well with a deck level pool and a well equipped gym.
IMPLEMENTING
The project was implemented with the participation of several contractors, and it was the immaculate co-ordination of all these parties that presented the greatest challenge for 3E International Kft. However, we have successfully completed the project without any hiccups.
CURIOSITIES
A facade wall from the 1900s was restored right next to the apartment block. The two buildings were separated with a pavement, which provides a more aesthetic image while ensuring more privacy for the residents.
