The development includes 2.5 basement levels, ground floor and seven floors with penthouse. The building has a net floor area of 17,562, 51 m2.
IMPLEMENTING
3E International Kft. was performing Shell & Core architectural, mechanical and electrical technical supervisory on the office development Advance Tower, phase 1.
CURIOSITIES
The building strives to achieve the Very Good grade, according to the BREAM environment and energy-conscious building qualification system. Accordingly, environmental awareness was given a prominent role in execution of the building.
