What / how?

Using a point cloud to independently verify the quantities included in the 3D plans provided, or to estimate quantities in the absence of baseline data

When to use them?

Quantitative data are not available, or it would increase the sense of security to have confirmation from an independent supplier that the quantities have been correctly measured.
