Last year, with the name BudaPart, a great property development project was launched in Lágymányosi-öböl in Újbuda. The 8-10 year development project in the popular area known as Kopaszi gát next to the Danube will create about 600,000 square metres of residential and office space.In the first phase of the development project, two apartment blocks will be constructed with 265 apartments and high quality catering units, to be handed over at the end of 2018.
