On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the University of Public Service (NKE) and University Day, a ceremonial walkthrough was held on March 30 at the new training center of the Ludovika Campus as part of the Ludovika 15 program series, followed by the unveiling of a statue of Ödön Széchenyi in front of the new building.
The new training center encompasses several areas, including the Disaster Management Institute (KVI), national security training programs, and the István Nemeskürty Faculty of Teacher Training (NITK), all of which are housed in the building. The largest unit of the complex is the auditorium, where teaching takes place. In addition to a 220-bed dormitory, a 300-seat restaurant has also been established, which can function as a community space.
A modern fire station will also be established within the facility, providing valuable practical training opportunities for the university’s students.
3E International Ltd, a member of the 3E Group, is involved in the project by providing technical inspection, design review, and engineering consultancy services.
