Budapest, 29 April 2021 Budapest-based engineering consultancy service provider 3E International has signed an alliance partnership agreement with the leading international project management company Group-IPS. Both parties anticipate their collaboration will generate further opportunities for growth based on a number of successful earlier joint projects.
3E International, a recognised player among Hungarian engineering consultancy service providers, has reached another significant milestone in its 16-year history by joining forces with Group-IPS, which has a global presence in the field of project management, through this alliance partnership agreement.
Thanks to the arrangement, Group-IPS – which has been contemplating an expansion into the Central and Eastern European region – will establish a direct presence on the Hungarian market, while 3E International will broaden its range of opportunities for growth.
Founded in 1992, Group-IPS is present in 25 locations around the world and maintains close relationships with more than 500 clients. The average value of the company’s projects exceeds €2 billion annually.
Boris Krastev, managing director for Bulgaria and Romania at Group-IPS, says the agreement with 3E International will strengthen Group-IPS´s presence in the region significantly, allowing them to establish a position directly on the Hungarian market.
Their collaboration is a direct consequence of the two companies working together on a number of projects in the past, sharing the same set of values and a commitment to the provision of services of the highest quality.
“The Hungarian market offers particularly significant growth potential, with a lively demand for the implementation of complex projects of a major scope – this is why Group-IPS has decided to join forces with 3E International,” says Krastev.
3E International Managing Director Gergely Laczkovich says: “Our company was founded in 2005, and is certainly unique among engineering service providers on the Hungarian market in that it is able to see projects through from their very inception, representing the interests of the investor during the entire process. This requires incredibly multifaceted professionals capable of delivering the highest quality in their own areas: engineers, technical experts, advisors or lawyers.”
“The company´s success is demonstrated by its leading position on the Hungarian market, with major investment projects worth a total of more than €1 billion completed over the past 16 years, including the Mercedes plant in Kecskemét, the expansion of Budapest Airport and the development of prominent Budapest office buildings” adds Co-Founder Balázs Korintus.
