Our cost control service package includes verifying the completion of works performed and invoices submitted by general or subcontractors, confirming these with the client, and assessing the necessity of supplementary or additional work based on quantity and price criteria. We also provide recommendations for filing guarantee or warranty claims, supported by detailed calculations. As part of the project’s progress report, we conduct cost reviews and prepare comprehensive financial reports.

Cost Estimation & Evaluation
We perform cost estimations for expected construction project budgets, propose budgetary provisions for various scenarios and risks, and thoroughly assess and analyze the final project budget or submitted bid cost calculations (e.g., from the general contractor). If required, we also recommend alternative technical solutions to help clients reduce construction costs or optimize long-term operational expenses through value engineering.
