During the hustle and bustle at the end of last year, 3E International Kft., a leading Hungarian engineering consultancy, took a moment to look around, and realized how it could better serve major investors and property developers in the current situation.

3E International Kft. with its more than 15 years of experience and expertise has a special position within the group and continues to provide the above classic services of the highest standard. Although last year was the company’s most successful business year so far, the management did not think it was time to sit back and relax: due to the lack of skilled workforce in the construction sector, the Russian-Ukrainian war, the disruptions to supply chains in materials and the COVID-19 pandemic, they wanted to look for opportunities to expand their scope in order to better assist their clients.
And this is where 3E Construction Management Kft., a subsidiary of the 3E Group representing one of its added values comes into the picture for the investors. Through this company, 3E Group provides services where there is typically no general contractor and investors can conclude contracts directly with the specific service providers. 3E CM Kft. also coordinates construction works as the site manager, in a capacity that is more comprehensive than that of the project manager. Therefore, it can intervene in the case of any problem much earlier and more effectively than if a general contractor needs to be contacted. And as the issue can be dealt with much faster, in most cases this also means reduced costs.
