Key Account Manager

We are looking for our new colleague to join the expanding Business Development team as a Key Account Manager (construction engineering consulting)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Building new partnerships and managing related bidding processes, including:
    • Identifying and proactively approaching new clients (foreign and Hungarian investors) in line with the sales plan of our Business Development area, introducing and selling the services of our company group (project management, technical supervision, cost management, BIM services, Due Diligence, and their combinations) as a member of the Business Development and Communication team.
    • Organizing and conducting personal and online meetings.
    • Interpreting the specific professional needs of partners related to buildings, projects, and investments, determining the expertise, resources, and main bid parameters needed for the proposal.
    • Monitoring ongoing bids.
    • Maintaining relationships with our existing clients and partners, requesting feedback, and exploring potential new opportunities and generating demand.
    • Independently managing client negotiations with the involvement of our project managers and specialist engineers.
    • Supervising the preparation of contracts related to bids up to the signing of the contract and the kick-off meeting.
    • Client communication during the contract period, internally tracking our performance to ensure client satisfaction, supporting and cooperating with our technical areas.
  • Our Key Account Managers are supported by experienced sales support staff within the team for administrative tasks, but the responsibilities of our new colleague may also include:
    • Performing administrative tasks related to bids (handling statements, maintaining records, updating engineer database).
    • Managing the CRM system.

 

We are looking forward to meeting you if:

  • You have a higher education degree (engineering or technical degree is an advantage, but not a requirement).
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in selling engineering, technical, construction, real estate services, OR project management, engineering services, OR B2B services.
  • You have outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
  • You are open-minded and proactive in meeting client needs.
  • You have assertive and articulate writing skills.
  • You can confidently conduct negotiations in English.
