The first phase of H2Offices won the “Greenest Project of the Year” award at the Real Estate Awards! The team of Technical Inspectors of 3E Group is very proud to have worked on this project. The fact that this building has managed to win such recognition and that we have been able to play a role in the process of building a sustainable office complex is a real honor.
H2Offices is an exceptional building that offers many environmentally friendly solutions. To mention a few: the intelligent water management system and efficient heating system use 40% less water and 37% less energy than a conventional building. With the help of electric charging stations and bicycle stations, the building supports green transportation options. Large green areas and large windows not only reduce energy consumption but also make the work environment more livable and pleasant.
This award reaffirms the importance of creating buildings that respect the environment and work to reduce the impact of human activity on the environment. We are very proud to have been a part of this project and congratulate the other participants who contributed to the realization.
