The first pillar of the Weerts Logistic Park XXV Delta Ltd. development was ceremonially laid

One of the largest automotive suppliers will become the main tenant in the development of Weerts Logistic Park XXV Delta Ltd., as the investor, in an industrial park development in Vecsés, where the first precast concrete structure production hall had its ceremonial pillar placement.
The building, which is part of a roughly 60-hectare development area consisting of four halls, stands out independently due to its technological requirements, as it has received a special zoning permit. Its highest point reaches 20 meters.
On this 60-hectare development site, the first construction will be a 37,000 square meter production hall that can be expanded up to 50,000 square meters, and three more logistics halls will be located here.
Despite the flat development area and extensive building, a specialized deep foundation work, including pile foundations, is necessary due to the need for a high load-bearing structure. Additionally, due to technological requirements, monolithic reinforced concrete structures with a depth of 6-7 meters are being constructed, further complicated by the presence of groundwater.
Our Construction Management team is leading and organizing the construction process and preparing the decision-making process in which we support our Client, from tendering the various disciplines to project handover.
