In just 7 months, the 3E Construction Management team has successfully completed the structure of Weerts’ industrial warehouse. Despite challenging conditions throughout the construction process, we’ve reached this significant milestone in a mere 7 months, from the project kickoff to the topping-out ceremony.
Here’s a brief overview:
• April: Project initiation
• August 18: Commencement of foundation work
• August 23: Installation of the first pillar
• 30,000 m2 of structural construction, with approximately 70% of it roofed and insulated.
