Since year 2017. our company 3E International Ltd. have been providing technical and cost expert services for the Hungarian Volleyball Federation. This work is under the professional leadership of our colleague Péter Bóna, and it is presented the form of preparing individual technical and cost reports for “TAO projects”.
The essence of TAO projects is that those companies who are obliged to pay corporate tax can directly support certain organisations or the realisation of certain sport related projects. According to the applicable law only certain organisations can obtain this type of support, the volleyball is qualified for such privilege. Thanks to the TAO scheme, companies pay less corporation tax to the state, but the difference is forwarded to the subsidised sport organisations, which can use it to achieve their own objectives.
For projects receiving such support, it is important to review the budgets and pricing in a fair and technically proportionate way, in order to ensure that the development will be delivered with the financial support and it will be socially beneficial and it will creates value. 
On behalf of our company, Péter Bóna, Technical Director of 3E International Ltd., has prepared a total of 150 technical expert reports for the Hungarian Volleyball Federation by mid-February 2022.
In the past four years Péter has reviewed the technical, legal and cost aspects of over ten billions of forints worth of developments. He has made recommendations to the Hungarian Volleyball Federation for the evaluation of tenders, and has commented on the documents and costs involved in the interim and final settlement of the implemented projects. He also provided engineering advice to the Hungarian Volleyball Federation on certain design and building permit issues.
The professional guidance and expertise have enabled 3E International Ltd. to contribute to the realisation of such projects that provide state-of-the-art facilities for the volleyball as a team sport, including its training and the organisation of its seasonal competitions.
Through our technical knowledge and experience, we have contributed, – albeit modestly -, to ensuring that financial resources which include public money and optimized technical improvements are put in the right places and they can create long lasting values….
