TECHNICAL CONTENT
The aim of the new headquarter developments at Richter’s Budapest site is to create a modern and sustainable infrastructure that simultaneously serves Richter’s long-term strategic goals and the expectations of the 21st century work environment. In addition to the renovation of office space, existing, well-utilized buildings will be given a new function. Improving energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy is an important part of the company’s sustainability efforts, while placing great emphasis on creating an office environment that supports Richter culture and values.
IMPLEMENTING
The approximately 17,400 square meter, basement, ground floor plus six-storey complex will be equipped with modern office space, which can accommodate 420 office employees, but will also accommodate a 120-person, divisible function room for up to 120 people and a restaurant for 150 people at a time. and a snack bar. The underground garage will have 74 new parking spaces and 60 bicycle storage facilities, and 10 electric car charging stations will be built on the surface.
CURIOSITIES
The energy supply of the building is provided by environmentally friendly cooling and heating equipment that utilizes the heat of the ground. The building has been designed according to the strictest international standards, the so-called LEED gold certification.
