Technical properties

As part of our coordination tasks, we take charge of coordinating construction works processes, and prepare safety and health protection plans and logs.

Our HSE service includes coordination of the works carried out by sub-contractors at building/construction sites, which is the responsibility of the client in each case. Our employees help develop a complex, flexible and modern system to represent the interests of our clients, covering the following services: carrying out HSE coordinator tasks; preparing documents (HSE plan, emergency plan, risk assessment, training curriculum, site visit reports); access control; maintaining cooperation on safety at work; consultancy on workflow coordination; HSE supervision of construction processes; liaising with HSE coordinators for the project; establishing rules on sanctions.
