The new 12,000 m2 E-F warehouse at CPI’s logistics center has just gained its occupancy permit. The development was executed in the Airport City logistics park in Vecsés. The investments have started 10 yerars ago and it has been continuously expanding since then. 3E International Kft. was performing project management and technical supervisory tasks for all disciplines. The first tenants of the 8 unit building became known only during construction. Therefore, there were multiple redesigns and rebuilds of warehouses and offices to meet the needs of the tenants. The task of the project management team was to integrate the continuously developing tenant requests into the execution process. The facility was finally implemented within the planned budget and according to the planned schedule.
