The technical supervisors oversee the entire construction process . The technical supervision is divided into different disciplines; there are specialized inspectors for building construction, civil engineering, mechanical, high and low current, road constructions and other areas. Each discipline requires special licence issued by Chamber of Engineers.
Inspectors will ensure that only those equipment are installed, which are specified by the Designer. If a particular equipment is currently not available or its procurement may result late delivery, the technical supervisor proposes alternatives or checks whether the substitutions are approved by the designer or not.
In addition of the above the inspectors oversee the entire process of the construction activity in order to ensure that each working phase is carried out according to the applicable standards and they are in line with the technical requirements.
Our technical supervisors ensure that the technological procedures and subsequent treatments are done properly. Before concrete pouring, they verify that the rebars are installed perfectly using exact diameter, shape and spacing. The technical supervisors also record each critical phase of the construction process inclusive registration in the electronic log-book.
